ConeSw 2 was patched together from bits and scraps, rejected tracks, re-edits, and field recordings by the two members that are Cone Swatch. Sound collage, malfunction, mismatched rhythms, a great machine, unemotional and without purpose. ConeSw 2 drags on, forms structure only to crumble and unravel into mutation. The beats and loops that bubble up from the depths are only memories of pop, rap, jungle, noise, and the unrecognizable. Complexity becomes unreadable, insanity takes over. But with insanity comes artistic freedom, a break from what is naturally occurring.
